How we meet with you

We actively engage with our clients via the following ways:

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

This is a “new” patient visit. Information is obtained from a new patient or his/her informant in order to arrive at or maintain a diagnosis. The evaluation includes social and biographical information, direct observations, and data from specific psychological tests.

Follow-up Medication Management Visits

This an established patient visit. Current treatment plans and new symptoms will be assessed, Updates on the client’s medical profile will be made; taking into consideration, any newly diagnosed illness, as well as new social information.

Telepsychiatry

Get professional help for your mental and emotional health online through secured and confidential Video, Text and Phone Therapy Sessions. Please note that certain criteria has to be met in order to visit your provider remotely

Refferals

We can’t treat all conditions or all patients, though we wish we could. We focus on the most common problems so we can help people within the scope of our services. If you require more intensive or specialized care, we’ll do our best to help you find a referral.

Housecall

A service whereby a psychiatric provider manages a clients treatment plan by making visits to the said clients home. Clients can opt for telepsychiatry in light of the current covid19 pandemic.

After contacting us, our coordinator will reach out to confirm your consultation time, and answer any questions you might have, such as insurance policies, pricing, treatment style, and time commitment.

Consultation

During your consultation, our doctors and therapists will perform a comprehensive evaluation, which examines the full picture of your current situation, including; life circumstances, past experiences, struggles, as well as any biological factors.

Treatment/Therapy

At the end of your consultation, we summarize our findings and discuss potential diagnoses as well as treatment options.
